TGW System's Sales Team (Regional Managers) are a series of veteran professionals with over 75 years of accumulated experience located in localized regional offices throughout the US to support our Distributor network. These localized professionals can provide consistent support at the local level with training, applications, engineering, sales and customer service for our Distributors – all backed by the TGW factory.
TGW System's Sales Support team is located within our Spring Lake, Michigan facility, and is available to assist our Distributors with any sale related function. This team helps support all TGW groups within our Authorized Distributor Network.
TGW System's Factory Applications team are a series of individuals dedicated to supporting and assisting the TGW Distributor network for "best value" solutions and technology applications. They are actively involved with each specific application requirement and call upon their experiences to create better solutions.
TGW System's Systems Engineering team are detailed engineering professionals – evaluating each application, function and operation of the technologies used within a system to assure seamless integration and on time - correct and complete shipments.
TGW System's Lifetime Services DBU (Distributor Business Unit) team support the after sales and startup of the technologies through our Lifetime Service DBU network. This team leads the way in Spare Parts requests, warranty, onsite training, installation support, emergency requests and documentation by addressing each need in a rapid, expeditious fashion. 24/7/365 support is imperative in today's system operations and long term functionality. Immediate responses are our goals.
TGW System's Program Support team is a group of individuals supporting the variety of programs and documents created to assist the TGW Distributor network with their quotes and orders.
This group will handle all incoming sales order over $200K. Each project team will consist of a Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Layout Designer and Order Support Technician. To support this team during the duration of the life of the project, a representative from Purchasing, Production Control, Quality and Manufacturing will work directly with the project team to insure that the project maintains our commitment to the OTCC (On Time Complete and Correct) shipments.
